This is your classic collector drill, perfect for practicing tacking, gybing, and reaching.
In Level 1, this is a great drill to start off as a figure 8 with just tacking, and then progress to a sausage for a tack and a gybe.
For beyond Level 1, this can be used as a collector, especially if you shorten the distance between buoys. You can also increase the distance as much as you want, for instance if you specifically want to work on beam reach speed.
