The slalom course is designed for tight turns and chaos, forcing sailors to practice many things all at once.

- Head out of the boat
- Mark roundings
- Quick maneuvers
- Boat control
- Roll tacks/gybes
Modifications:
- Reaching Slalom
- Increase/decrease number of buoys
- Have sailors sail to the left of the course for downwind if they are not up for the extra chaos
